Extremely healthy breakfast to go!

If you are like me you usually get up in the morning and rush out the door without doing much other than washing up and getting dressed.
If not you may still enjoy this as you can make it very quickly and it will be a huge nutritious punch to your morning diet!

The Reeses Pieces Power Shake!!!!
*warning contains peanuts

Ingredients you will need
1. 1 Cup Skim Milk
2. 2.5 Scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein
3. 1 large Tbsp of smooth Peanut Butter
4. 1 Cup "Whites" Egg Beaters (Here is a link if you have no idea what these are)
http://www.eggbeaters.com/products/whites.jsp
5. 1 Large Tbsp Creatine
6. 1/3rd a cup of ground Hazel nuts
7. 3 Ice cubes

Steps

In a blender add all of the above and blend for 30 - 45 seconds until you have a smooth thick shake.
Eat/drink in a mug or container with a lid.

The best thing about this power drink is that it is cheap for the amount the ingreds will make and will give you a massive burst of energy for multiple hours.
If you are planning on going hiking/camping or just have a sport coming up in a few hours this is the drink for you!

Warning!!!! As with all power drinks if you drink this more than 2-3 times a day you really need to hit the gym or else you will notice you will start to get fat. Even though this drink is overflowing with energy if you cannot use it up it will simply go into storage (fat)

Enjoy! If you have any recipes you would like to share please place them in the comments :) No pressure for that though at all.
